HOW TO IMPRESS ME

Screening is required before our first date. This is a way for me to confirm that you are who are say you are.

Advanced notice is preferred. Same day and last minute dates are rarely possible. A $50 fee is added to my rate for same-day bookings. Pre-booking is strongly recommended. 

I am a sensitive individual who has boundaries that must be respected at all times. If I ever feel disrespected and unsafe at any time during our date, I will cancel immediately and no refunds will be issued.

Cash must be placed in an unsealed envelope (for incalls or outcalls) or in a gift bag (if we are meeting in public). Please have it ready and made available to me within the first few minutes of our date. [I accept cash or e-transfers]

I understand that life happens and due to unforeseeable circumstances you may have to cancel our date. I require a 24-48 hour notice. For gents who cancel within the 24 hour window will be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee. If you are going to be late or would like to meet earlier, please let me know ahead of time and if I am available we can make it happen.
